Abstract
Cellulose acetate electrophoretic studies of various diseases were performed and obtained following results:
1. Serum protein fractions in pulmonary tbc group except β-globulin fractions were more increase than in control group.
2. Serum protein fractions in diabetes and hypertensive group were not so remarkable difference as in control group.
3. Serum protein fractions in enterocolitis group were shown as decreased albumin and increased α₁?, α₂? and γ-globulin fractions.
4. Serum protein fractions in peptic ulcer and gastritis groups were shown as increased r-globulin fraction.
5. Serum protein fractions in cardiovascular disease group were shown as decreased albumin, α₂?, and γ-globulin fractions.
6. The increased lab. Data were found in following groups: serum K in pulmonary the, diabetes and cardiovascular disease ; serum bilirubin in enterocolitis ; serum thymol in diabetes, peptic ulcer. Gastritis and cardiovascular disease; alkaline´ phosphatase in diabetes and peptic ulcer; GOT in pulmonary tbc and peptic ulcer ; GPT in pulmonary tbc, diabetes and peptic ulcer.
